Free site visit

We come to your house, measure up, and listen to what you actually want. No charge, no obligation, and we will tell you if your budget does not match the scope.

Fixed quotation

An itemised quotation with materials named and quantities listed. You will see the brand of tile and the thickness of the countertop, not just a lump sum.

3–5 working days after the visit

Design & drawings

Layout drawings and 3D visuals so you can see the finished space before we hack anything. Two rounds of revisions are included.

1–2 weeks

Build

One project manager, a fixed schedule and photo updates on WhatsApp every few days. We handle the management office paperwork and permits.

3–10 weeks depending on scope
05

Handover & warranty

We walk the site with you and fix the snag list before final payment. Workmanship is covered for 12 months, waterproofing for 5 years.

Registered and insured

CIDB registered with a valid SSM certificate and public liability cover. We will send you copies before you pay a deposit — you should ask every contractor for this.

The quotation is the price

Itemised, with brands and quantities. Variations are quoted and approved in writing before any extra work starts, so the final invoice holds no surprises.

Payment tied to progress

Staged payments released against completed milestones, with a final 10% held until you sign off the snag list. We never ask for the full amount upfront.

Warranty in writing

12 months on workmanship, 5 years on bathroom waterproofing. If something moves or leaks in that window, we come back and fix it at no cost.
