Every Monday you get photographs of the site, the work booked for the week, and anything we need a decision on. Nothing is invoiced before it is built.
Built from our own completed jobs in the Klang Valley over the last three years. It gets you within about fifteen percent — the site visit does the rest.
Excludes loose furniture, appliances and management-corporation deposits. A fixed quotation follows the measured survey, and it is the number we build to.
