What You're Actually Paying For in a RM2,499 Website
Not a magic number. A breakdown of exactly what's inside our most-booked package, line by line.
RM2,499 is our Business Website package — the most-booked tier, built for SMEs. Instead of leaving that number unexplained, here's exactly what it includes, and why it's priced where it is.
What's actually built
- ■Up to 5 pages — Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact — real structured content, not a single page pretending to be five
- ■Premium UI design, custom to the business, not a generic template with a logo swapped in
- ■A CMS — so the client can update content themselves without needing a developer for every small change
- ■Contact forms, Google Maps and WhatsApp integration — the actual conversion mechanics that turn a visitor into an enquiry
- ■Google Analytics — so the business can see real traffic and behaviour data, not operate blind
- ■Basic SEO and image optimisation — the technical foundation covered in our SEO-ready explainer
- ■Training — so the client actually knows how to use what they've paid for
- ■30 days of support after launch — covering the inevitable small fixes and questions that come up once a site is live
What that price is actually covering
It's not five pages of template text. It's design time spent on something specific to the business, a CMS layer built in (which, as covered in our Next.js article, doesn't come free by default on a custom build), real testing across devices, SEO foundations, and a support window after launch — not just a handoff and a goodbye.
No asterisks. All in.
That's the actual pricing philosophy — everything listed above is included in the RM2,499, not an add-on menu disguised as a low headline price. If something isn't included, it's listed separately and priced separately, not discovered halfway through the project.
Why it isn't RM300, and why it isn't RM10,000
RM300 territory usually means a template fill-in with minimal customisation and no real support window — see our piece on what cheap websites cost you long-term. RM10,000+ territory is usually genuinely custom systems — portals, CRM, booking engines — scope that a standard 5-page business site doesn't need. RM2,499 sits specifically at the point where a real SME gets a properly built, properly supported site without paying for custom infrastructure it doesn't yet need.
